 Metal taste in mouthOct 08, 2008
After taking these for a couple of weeks I developed a strong metal taste in my mouth. It went away when I quit taking the vitamin. I am not surprised as it contains many metals such as zinc, copper, etc. Sucking on a penny would be cheaper.

I switched to Centrum Silver after this upset my stomach. My stomach is much happier now.

This product seems alright but how can you tell. I don't fell any worse than I felt before so I guess no harm is done.
