 Relieves hot flashesSep 17, 2008
I'm 46 and have been going through the change for two years. Besides mood swings, I have hot flashes several (10-20) times a day (and night). They interrupt my sleep, except for when I take this product (2 pills a day). I have tried other brands including those that contain black cohosh and other herbal remedies yet Soy Balance is the only brand that alleviates my hot flashes. YEAH!

I took this product once a day for one month...it did not help at all with hot flashes. I then started taking two a day...it still did nothing. For me it was a waste of time and money.

Greatly Reduced Hot FlashesMay 17, 2007
As a person with high risk for breast cancer, when I began menopause, I quickly decided that I did not want to take hormone therapy to reduce my symptoms. My symptoms were not severe, but I had hot flashes on the average of once or twice a day. I did some research on soy and found this supplement and decided to try it. Within a couple of days, the hot flashes were gone. I ran out of this supplement and decided to see if it made a difference and the hot flashes quickly returned. I soon went out and bought more and have not stopped since. It is less costly compared to other menopausal supplements and I find it works great.

I like the service and the cost. It's worth buying from you. Since I don't have time to go to the store, I find it to be convenient to order them and have them delivered to my home.
